Entries close on 22 January 2020 at 23:59. No late entries will be accepted for the Time Trial after this date. Late entries for the road race can be done at registration.
Registration: Saturday 2020-01-25 05:30 – 07:30
Sunday 2020-01-26 06:30 – 07:30
Please email completed entry form and proof of payment to [email protected]. Use name of participant as reference. If you don’t receive a confirmation email, please enquire. Do not send proof of payment and entry form to any other email than the one provided. You will be asked to produce proof of payment at registration, so please have it available.

Prize Giving will be after the last participant finished and the results have been prepared
Time Trial: 25 Jan 2020 (No late entries)
Races will start and finish in front of Highgate and will go out to Volmoed Winkel, left to the Volmoed Church and back to the R62 T Junction, where they will turn around, left at the Volmoed winkel and finish in front of Highgate Ostrich Show Farm. The 14 km will turn right at Volmoed winkel without going to the Calitzdorp road. The 10 Km will turn before the Volmoed winkel.
The Time Trial starts at 08:00, Riders be ready to be called up 30 minutes before start.

Road Race: 26 January 2020
The races will start & finish in front of Highgate Ostrich Show Farm in Volmoed, Oudtshoorn. Racing will be in the direction of Volmoed Winkel. Turn left at Volmoed Winkel and follow the road up to the T Junction of the R328 where the race will turn around and go back to Volmoed Winkel where they will turn right and go past the start and turn around at the T Junction at the R 328. They will finish in front of Highgate Ostrich Show Farm.

107 Km: Will do 3 laps of the circuit: Start time 08:00

Will not pass the finish line towards the R 328. They will finish in a Eastern direction.
